The word perdition is normally used in Christian theology., and it can be explained as a situation when ONE endures endless torture and perdition into which a sinful and unrepentant people stays after death.
Hebrews 10:38 KJV
Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.
In this verse God is speaking to those that acknowledged him and that if any one draw back from the presence of God to the sinful world will not have the protection of God.
Drawing back from the presence of God is equal to being in slave to devil and his punishment because devil will not take it easy with you rather he will find the best way to destroy you.
What is the mission of a Christian
In Hebrews 10:39 KJV
But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul.
The works of a Christian is not to encourage sinners/evil, but to spread the gospel of God to the saving of soul.
